Logan Philipps

Logan Philipps graduated from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 2006 and from Purdue University in 1999. He began his legal career working for Joseph E. Scott in Columbus, Ohio.  Logan  has worked on a variety of serious criminal matters including rape, robbery, burglary, felonious assault, drug possession and drug trafficking.  He also represents clients charged with misdemeanor offenses including OMVI (DUI), Drug Possession, and Domestic Violence. Mr. Philipps practices in all areas of domestic relations law including divorce, dissolution, and custody.

Logan has argued before the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and Ohio’s Tenth District Court of Appeals. Before becoming an attorney, Mr. Philipps was a teacher in Cincinnati, Ohio.  Mr. Philipps was recognized by Superlawyers Magazine as a Rising Star in the legal profession in 2012, a distinction reserved for no more than 2.5% of lawyers in Ohio under the age of 40 or in practice for less than ten years.

Logan is a member of The Delaware County Bar Association, The Columbus Bar Association, and The Ohio State Bar Association.  He is Vice Chairman of the Friends of Delaware CASA Board, and is a past board member of the Central Ohio Association for Justice.
